Urgent hiring for Patient Feedback Calling Executive (WFH) on a 100% remote / work from home basis. This position is completely open to Freshers and candidates with zero prior experience. Complete onboarding and online training will be provided by Sanjeevani Hospitals Group upon selection.

Complete assigned daily workflow and tasks within given deadlines.
Maintain accurate records and status sheets.
Coordinate with team leads over WhatsApp, Google Meet, or internal dashboard.
Report discrepancies and questions promptly to the supervisor.

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Stream.
Must have a working smartphone or laptop/desktop with internet connection.
Basic understanding of Polite Hindi/English Calling, Feedback Scoring, Empathy.
